We all hold a story - shaped by our emotions, questions, and hopes. There are times when it becomes too much to carry alone.
In those moments, being truly heard can make a difference
Sometimes, it is only in the presence of another that we truly hear ourselves

Why therapy?
Sometimes life feels like a suitcase we’ve been holding onto for years — filled with memories, fears, and hopes. Over time, it grows heavy, and what once was neatly arranged becomes difficult to navigate.

Inside is not only our own experience but also the expectations of others, early decisions, and rules that once helped us adapt but may now hold us back.

Therapy is the chance to carefully open that suitcase with someone who can help you look inside and understand what still serves you — and what no longer needs to be carried.
Therapy helps untangle the past and create space for the present

Trainee Transactional
Analysis Psychotherapist
Sofiia Sesiunina
I have always been drawn to the depth of human experience, to feelings that may not be spoken directly, but are often sensed in pauses and quiet moments of connection.

I know what it means to lose a sense of grounding and to search for a place of inner steadiness. These experiences shaped my interest in psychotherapy and remain central to how I meet clients - with attentiveness to what feels fragile, unresolved, or still in the process of becoming.

For me, therapy is not a formal procedure but a containing and respectful space - a space where what feels heavy can be shared, where there is no need to remain strong, and where it becomes possible to be genuinely heard.

My approach
I work integratively, drawing primarily on Transactional Analysis within a relational and depth-oriented framework. In practice, this means paying attention to the patterns, roles, and emotional dynamics that emerge in both life and the therapeutic relationship. These often reflect early ways of adapting that may once have been protective but can now limit one’s sense of connection or ease.

In therapy, it is important for me to create a space grounded in respect, trust, and confidentiality - where your experience can unfold at its own pace and be met with care. I work with sensitivity to what feels vulnerable or not yet fully formed, allowing time for insight to emerge rather than pressing for change. The process is collaborative and reflective, supporting greater clarity, stability, and a more connected relationship with oneself
